18 U.S.C. §2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement
Bigojav is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any of the content found on this website. All of the material on this site is provided by third party studios and content providers, and every video is streamed from or embedded from the servers of those third parties.
Age of performers
All performers depicted in the content made available on this website were eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time the content was produced. We do not knowingly publish, host or link to any material depicting a minor, and any such material is removed as soon as it is reported to us.
Record keeping
With respect to the records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the producers of each video are responsible for keeping the identification and age-verification records for their own productions. Requests for those records must be directed to the producer of the content in question; the name of the producing studio is normally shown on the video page.
